Broiled Parmesan White Fish (Keto, Low-Carb, Gluten-Free & Grain-Free)

This recipe will turn any white fish into a deliciously, quick meal. Serve it with your favorite side dish and your family will be asking for more!

  • Aluminum Foil
  • Mixing bowl
  • Mixing Spoon
  • Measuring Cups

Method
 

  1. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients, except the fish. Mix well; set aside.
  2. Preheat the broiler and line a baking sheet with foil.
  3. Place fish on lined baking sheet and broil for 3 minutes on each side.
  4. Remove the baking sheet from the broiler and spread an even amount of the Parmesan mixture on each fillet of fish.
  5. Return the baking sheet to the broiler and broil for another 2-3 minutes, or until the Parmesan mixture is bubbly and browned.
  6. Serve the fish fillets with a side of mixed vegetables and a salad.
