- Rinse the pork roast and pat dry. Cut into cubes.
- Place the pork, salt, thyme, sage, garlic powder and ginger in a large bowl. Mix well to combine.
- Transfer seasoned pork to crock pot. Add a bay leaf and some pork lard (or butter). Cook on low for 6-8 hours (or on high for 3-4 hours).
- Mix well and serve with a delicious salad and vegetable of your choice. Enjoy!
Notes
Tip: Cube the pork and season it the night before you plan to make this recipe. In the morning, it'll be super easy to transfer the pork to the crock pot and start cooking. You won't have to do anything until you come home and steam up some veggies to serve with it. Piece of cake!
