This roasted cabbage is a flavorful compliment to any dish. Try serving it topped with chicken or corned beef. Eat it plain, on the side, or topped with a cream sauce.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Pounds Cabbage, Shredded
  • 4 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tsp Himalayan Pink Salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Place shredded cabbage in baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and garlic powder.
  • Top cabbage with small chunks of butter.
  • Roast cabbage for 25 minutes. Stir well.
  • Roast cabbage for an additional 20 minutes, or until it starts to wilt and turn a golden brown.
