This roasted cabbage is a flavorful compliment to any dish. Try serving it topped with chicken or corned beef. Eat it plain, on the side, or topped with a cream sauce.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Pounds Cabbage, Shredded
  • 4 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tsp Himalayan Pink Salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Place shredded cabbage in baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and garlic powder.
  3. Top cabbage with small chunks of butter.
  4. Roast cabbage for 25 minutes. Stir well.
  5. Roast cabbage for an additional 20 minutes, or until it starts to wilt and turn a golden brown.
