Ingredients
  

  • 1 Pound Tomatoes, seeded & diced
  • 1-2 Chilies or Jalapenos, seeded & diced
  • ¼ Onion (Red or Yellow), diced
  • 4-6 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • ¼ Cup Cilantro, chopped (1 small bunch)
  • 2 Tbsp Lime Juice
  • ¾ Tsp Himalayan Pink Salt
  • ¼ Cup Avocado Oil
  • 1 Avocado, diced (Optional)

Instructions
 

  • Chop all ingredients into small pieces.
  • Place all ingredients into a medium sized bowl.
  • Stir to combine.

Notes

Tip:  To prevent your salsa from becoming too watery, remove the seeds from the tomatoes and only add the diced flesh of the tomato to the salsa.   
 
Tip:  Wear rubber gloves to remove the seeds from chilies or jalapeno peppers and dice to avoid burning your hands and eyes.
