Ingredients
  

  • 12 Ounces Cream Cheese, softened
  • 4 Ounces Butter, softened
  • ½ Cup Powdered Monk Fruit **
  • 2 Tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients (cream cheese, butter, vanilla and powdered monk fruit) in a large bowl. Combine until light and fluffy using an electric hand mixer.
  • Frost cupcakes or cake immediately, or refrigerate until ready to use. Beat with a hand mixer until light and fluffy before using.

Notes

Tip:  Freeze unused portions for up to 1 year.
